Description

Designed for organizations early in their transformation journal that need to build the critical infrastructure needed to support a successful transformation initiative.

Duration

2–4 days onsite depending on an organization’s size and needs. Option to incorporate monthly virtual support in 3-month increments.

Description

Designed for organizations in the midst of their transformation journey who are looking for a partner to assess the efforts thus far and provide recommendations on how to boost results.  

Duration

24 days onsite depending on an organization’s size and needs and 1-2 days virtually to develop findings and recommendations.

Project Coaching

Description

Designed for organizations who have begun their transformation journey and are looking for a partner to boost project success. 

Duration

Project coaching support can be provided onsite, remotely, or a combination of both.   

Green Belt Coaching (per person)–10 hours; scheduled and billed in increments of .5 hours; hours must be used within a 9-month period. 

Black Belt Coaching (per person)–20 hours; scheduled and billed in increments of .5 hours; hours must be used within an 18-month period. 

Additional coaching can be provided at an hourly rate.  Coaching is scheduled and billed in increments of .5 hours.  

Learning Objectives

  • Enhance the technical, facilitation, and project management skills of newly trained performance improvement practitioners (Green Belts, Black Belts, Lean practitioners)  
  • Accelerate project completion time frames (typically within 6-9 months) and certification rates (90% or better with current clients)  
  • Boost project results by quantifying benefits (ROI)  

Leader Coaching

Description

Designed for organizations who are in the midst of their transformation journey who need to develop transformational leadership skills amongst your leaders. 

Duration

Leader coaching support can be provided onsite, remotely, or a combination of both 

Per person–2 hours monthly with a minimum of 6 months. Hours must be used within a 12-month period. 

Additional coaching can be provided at an hourly rate.  Coaching is scheduled and billed in increments of .5 hours.

Kaizen Facilitation

Description

Designed for organizations who are early in, or in the midst of their transformation journey and are looking for a partner to lead improvement through Kaizen events. 

Duration

35 days onsite depending on the scope of the Kaizen event and 12 days virtually for prework and follow-up. 

Learning Objectives

Our skilled facilitators will partner with your team to:

  • Plan the event – develop a charter, agree on scope, identify team members, and plan logistics.
  • Conduct the event – deliver just-in-time training, lead the Kaizen team through current state analysis, root cause analysis, and development and implementation of countermeasures.
  • Follow-up after the event – ensure completion of countermeasures, measure results and quantify benefits and closeout event.

Team Facilitation

Description

Designed for organizations that are looking for a partner to facilitate teambaseevents such as strategic planning, process mapping, problem-solving, and solutions. 

Duration

15 days onsite depending on the scope of the team-based event and 12 days virtually for prework and follow-up. 

Learning Objectives

Our skilled facilitators will partner with your team to: 

  • Plan – develop agendas, select methodologies, and plan logistics. 
  • Lead – facilitate team discussions, decision-making, and completion of objectives. 
  • Document results – capture key decisions, outcomes, and develop appropriate deliverables (i.e. process maps, SWOT analysis, gap analysis, etc.). 

 

Expert-Led Process Improvement

Description

Designed for organizations that have a crucial operational problem and need expert resources to tackle their challenges. 

Duration

Varies depending on the scope of the project and includes onsite and virtual support. Support is provided in daily or hourly increments. 

Learning Objectives

Our expert Master Black Belts will lead your team through Lean Six Sigma methods to:

  • Define the Problem— understand the background, context, and scope of the problem, quantify the impact of the problem, identify the business process inputs and outputs, assess customer requirement (Voice of the Customer), assess stakeholder needs and develop a communication plan, and develop a project plan.
  • Measure the Problem— collect process data, develop detailed process maps, assess process variation, and establish process capability against customer requirements. 
  • Assess Root Causes—apply qualitative and quantitative tools to identify and narrow root causes contributing to the problem. 
  • Execute Improvements— develop and narrow solutions, develop implementation plans, execute solutions and measure results (includes financial benefits). 
  • Sustain the Gains—establish control mechanisms and document project results. 

 

Map Key-Value Streams

Designed for high-growth organizations that need to optimize core operational processes to better serve a growing customer base.

2–5 days onsite depending on the size of the organization and scope of operational processes, and 12 days virtually for prework and follow-up.
